Broken words, fall and spread about
Like the train of a silk gown
Rippling as water, all the way down
Emotions bared, love and pain
Shown to everyone, as snow and rain
They stay there, glittering as broken glass
Holding true to all that pass

it was a friday
Original title was "Poem Time!" as I generally didn't write poems
This one is basically saying that whatever you say, you can't not take it back
Like in 1984, someone will remember the truth of your words, and there is nothing you can say or resay to deny it - it already happened no matter how many times you try to rewrite the past
Consider my word play, I suppose. If you like, it gives more meaning to the poem I wrote in 2 minutes
Why do you think I take such pride in being the ass that I am?
